Please note that fiscal year 2015 to 2016 is the first year DFO’s Aboriginal Programs have tracked and published service standards. Regional and operational variations in program delivery yielded slight differences in the measurement of individual service interactions; however, the results reported fairly represent the standard achieved to date. We will continue to refine our reporting system to ensure that results are tracked consistently across programs and regions.
