CCFAM meetings
Per the 1999 Agreement on Interjurisdictional Cooperation with Respect to Fisheries and Aquaculture, Council members may convene annually to discuss issues of priority to CCFAM, with the rotating provincial/territorial co-chair hosting the meeting.
CCFAM meetings may conclude with a news conference or media availability. Ministers may also issue a communiqué following a meeting to provide an overview of the topics they discussed and the key decisions they reached.
