Ghost gear sighting report

Note:

This form is to be used for reporting the sighting of abandoned, lost, or otherwise discarded fishing gear (ALDFG), also known as ghost gear, discovered as part of DFO-authorized fishing activities or any recreational activities while at sea. These reports may be beneficial to DFO-authorized ALDFG retrieval efforts and ghost gear programming. If there are multiple sightings of ghost gear at different coordinates, please submit a separate form for each sighting.
