Conditional Management Plan summary for Brudenell, Prince Edward Island

This document provides a description of the shellfish growing area that is managed under a Conditional Management Plan (CMP) for Brudenell (PE). It also describes the detection, notification and response (DNR) times needed for parties to fulfill their CMP roles when sewage is discharged from the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) system.

The foreshore and waters of Brudenell River within a line drawn from a point of land on Gordon Point at grid reference 46.19943 N, 62.59040 O, southward to grid reference 46.19608 N, 62.59093 O and eastward to a point of land on Brudenell Island at grid reference 46.19625 N, 62.57955 O.

Restricted

Brudenell River west of a line drawn from 46.19908 N, 62.62268 O to 46.19726 N, 62.62200 O.

Conditionally approved

With the exception to the prohibited portion of Brudenell River described above and shown below, the conditionally approved waters of Brudenell River are described as lying between a line drawn from grid reference 46.19848 N, 62.57571 O to 46.19220 N, 62.57571 O westward to a line drawn grid reference 46.19908 N, 62.62268 O to 46.19726 N, 62.62200 O.
