Cruise 2010-01, 2 - 16 February 2010
Cruise description
This cruise was quite successful despite many days of bad weather. We did not manage to work further west than Station P20, about two thirds along Line P. We deployed two Argo floats for IOS/DFO and one Iridium float for the University of Maine in collaboration with Oregon State University. Unfortunately we could not deploy the Iridium float at Station Papa as was the plan. We also deployed a Drifting Buoy with Wind Sensor for the Meteorological Service of Canada. We completed the cruise by sampling part of the LC line of the La Perouse program. The sampling done during this cruise was performed using a CTD, a Rosette, some Go-flos and a Bongo.
