Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Financial Officer

Jen O’Donoughue was appointed as the Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Financial Officer of DFO last March. Jen joins the Department from the Canada Border Services Agency where she held the position of Director General and the Agency Comptroller since 2015. She was responsible for corporate accounting and expenditure management, financial policy and financial systems. She was also responsible for the collections and management of $30 billion in annual revenue.
