Regional Director General, Quebec Region

Patrick began his career with Fisheries and Oceans Canada in 1989. At that time, he was an economist at the Regional Policy and Economics Branch. He then served as development officer in the Gaspé Area, regional manager of coordination and planning for the Canadian Coast Guard, director of human resources, and director of resource management and Aboriginal fisheries. Between 2008 and 2015, he has been the Regional Director of Fisheries Management.
