Summary
This document contains the proceeding of the meeting made on fishery in the Saguenay River within the framework of the regional stock assessment process of the Quebec region following the 2004 fishing season. This advisory process was carried out on December 14, 2004 at the Maurice-Lamontagne Institute, Mont-Joli. During this meeting, the stock status of marine species exploited in the Saguenay River, and some of the environmental parameters prevailing at the time of the 2004 fishing season were reviewed. This proceeding document the major points presented and discussed during the meeting and also present the main recommendations and conclusions that were made at the time of the review.
