This document contains the proceeding from the meeting held within the regional assessment of the Gulf of St. Lawrence (4RST) Capelin stock. This review process was held on February 27th, 2018 at the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Mont-Joli. This meeting gathered 35 participants from Science to Management.
