Summary

This document contains the proceeding of the zonal peer review meeting on the Identification of Ecologically and Biologically Significant Areas (EBSA) in the coastal zone of the estuary and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. This review process was held on December 16-17, 2014 at the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Mont-Joli. Thirty participants from DFO Science, management and universities contributed to the discussions. These proceedings contain the essential parts of the presentations and discussions and summarize the recommendations and conclusions of the review.
