Capelin in Subarea 2J3KL

Abstract
This document contains a number of discrete research results which were considered during the 1997 assessment of capelin in SA2 + Div. 3KL. These results are arranged in ten chapters. In addition, a meeting report, cross-referenced by chapter, is provided. The data available included the results of studies on inshore capelin, acoustic survey results, bycatches of capelin in groundfish surveys, analyses of capelin lengths, repeat spawning and a synthesis paper.
