Step 4. Prepare a proposal

Depending on your area of interest, you’ll need to complete the appropriate proposal in both paper and electronic format (on a memory stick). All proposals must include relevant supplier quotes.

Innovation proposals

Provide a completed research and development proposal using the following templates.

• Innovation projects requesting less than $100,000 in funding
• Innovation projects requesting more than $100,000 in funding

Infrastructure proposals

Provide a completed business plan using the following templates.

• Infrastructure projects requesting less than $100,000 in funding
• Infrastructure projects requesting more than $100,000 in funding 

Science partnership proposals

Provide a completed research proposal for science partnerships.
